In the role as Website Manager you are responsible for maintaining and updating the website. You are a passionate digital native and you love to experiment while putting the customer first. You are eager to learn, hands on and you challenge the status quo with new ways to achieve business targets. Last but not least, you have experience in working with different CMS (e.g. Magento, Desk, Sitecore), developed analytical skills and good understanding of CRO and UX in a comparable job.
As a Website Manager in our Eliza was here E-commerce team (part of Sunweb Group), your goal is to improve customer touchpoints along the customer journey. Starting from holiday orientation until holiday return. You optimize all moments of contacts with our (potential) customers (f.e. app, customer account and website). For this you will build and strengthen our commercial efforts. You maintain the website and support our development team in developing our platform. You take initiative in UX / CRO, do A/B-testing, develop current and new pages and content (in collaboration with the Content Marketer) in order to have the best possible user experience.
* Note. In the first couple of months you will have several brands of Sunweb Group under your care, as support cross-brand is needed at this time
