Totally is the leading travel organization for student winter sports. In this unique role, you'll represent our brand in one of our winter destinations and become part of an international team creating unforgettable experiences for students. From organizing events and excursions to supporting guests throughout their holiday, you'll be at the heart of the action while living and working in the mountains.

Monthly gross salary: €1,820

Your role
As a Totally Winter Guide, you're the ultimate host, welcoming students with a smile and ensuring they have the best holiday experience possible. You'll be the go-to person at the destination, helping guests, organizing activities, solving challenges, and creating memorable moments throughout the season. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5 job. It’s dynamic, social, exciting, and sometimes challenging—but always rewarding. Together with your destination team, you'll create unforgettable winter experiences for every guest.
Your responsibilities include:
Entertainment: Organize unforgettable parties, après-ski events, welcome meetings, BBQs, games, and other activities.
Guest Experience: Be the main point of contact for guests before, during, and after their holiday.
Problem Solving: Quickly and professionally handle questions, issues, and unexpected situations.
Partnerships: Work closely with local suppliers, accommodations, bars, and activity providers.
Administration: Manage guest registrations, ski passes, excursion bookings, and financial administration accurately.
What makes you the perfect fit?
Available for (part of) the winter season 2026/2027 (Season period: approximately late November 2026 until mid-April 2027, depending on the destination).
Fluent in English and either Dutch and/or French. Additional languages are always a plus.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Energetic, social, and confident in working with groups of youngsters
Creative and solution-oriented when challenges arise
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable living and working abroad
Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Passionate about winter sports, travel, and creating memorable experiences
In addition to our Season Guides, we are also looking for Totally Monthly/ 3 weekly Guides. This opportunity is ideal for those who cannot commit to the full season but would still like to experience life in the mountains and be part of the Totally team. Assignment period: January–February 2027 (exact dates may vary by destination).
Location & Language Requirements
Our guides are placed across multiple destinations. Depending on the destination, language requirements may vary. Some destinations primarily require Dutch and French, while others require French and English. Additional language skills are always a plus.
Season dates can also vary by destination. During your application, you'll be able to indicate your availability and destination preferences, and we'll discuss the best match based on your language skills, experience, and availability.
Selection Process & Talent Days
Applications for Winter Season 2026/2027 are now open. Candidates who match our profile may be invited to one of our Talent Days, taking place between August and October 2026. During these events, you'll meet our team, learn more about life as a Winter Guide, and participate in the first stage of the selection process.
