Teamleader on destination

As a Teamleader you are the inspiring leader for our guides, who wants to flip the world of travel! You work on one of our beautiful summer destinations where you will help our team of guides with creating lifetime experiences for our customers. Currently we still have a position available at Lefkas in Greece and on Lanzarote (Spain).

Your Impact

In your role as Teamleader you like to coach and train people and manage the team. You are doing this by:

• giving training on the job (about sales and service)
• coaching the people in your team in their personal development
• helping the guides with finding solutions for unforeseen situations
• maintaining a good relationship with our partners on destination (like local agencies and accommodations)

Furthermore you:

• are responsible for the cashbook on destination
• work on administrative tasks like making lists for flights and the schedule for arrivals, welcome meetings and departures
• make sure everything is well organized for our guides and the customers

What skills will bring you to the top? 

We value proactive colleagues who have a customer-first mindset. You are available from the beginning of May until the end of October 2024. Furthermore you:

• have coaching and training skills, so you know how to manage a team.
• possess commercial skills so you can create deals with the partners, local agency and accommodations.
• are stress resistant, 24/7 available and handle problems easily - with your creativity, you always have a solution!
• have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• have feeling with Digital devices, systems and apps.
• are independent and know how to deal with a big responsibility.
• speak Dutch and English fluently. Other languages are a nice extra asset
