Job description
As our Senior People Operations Specialist, you will translate the business challenges into efficient HR processes with the end goal of providing an excellent employee experience. Within our People, Organization and Culture (POC) team, you will focus on improving (and redesigning where necessary) our processes and working methods. You will also play a key role in guiding and coaching our People Operations Specialists.
Your impact
- Design processes and guidelines to ensure that our People Operations team and its activities are compliant with policies like HR, ESG or GDPR, as well as with local laws and regulations
- Manage and/or collaborate in people-related projects (for example, integration of our ATS with HR system)
- Ensure that processes related to contracting, administration, employee queries... run smoothly from beginning to end of our employees lifecycle
- Manage the employee life-cycle in our HR systems (onboarding, off-boarding, changes, contingent worker extensions, immigration...)
- Ensure that our People data is accurate and up-to-date
- Support with company audits and payroll activities
- Support our business growth to new European countries, for example Sweden, through a timely set-up of the benefits and payroll administrations

Job requirements
What skills will bring you to the top?
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a context of Dutch HR & Payroll legislation. For other European countries it is a plus
- You have experience in the setting up and improving HR processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Your project management skills are on point
- You have excellent Excel (especially for reporting and data analysis) and general MS Office skills
- You are a tech-enthusiast, always keeping an eye on new HR tools and systems
- You actively look for feedback, and also give it to your colleagues
- You are proactive and customer-oriented
