Job description
Over recent years, we've made significant progress in building our own Customer Data Platform (CDP). To drive our strategy for top-notch customer data quality and seamless omni-channel personalization, we’re doubling down on this platform's development. To support this effort, we’ve assembled a skilled cross-functional team in data engineering and software development—and now, we’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the charge.
In this pivotal role, you'll help shape and execute our customer data strategy and business intelligence initiatives. Your focus will cover key areas, including:
Customer Domain: Oversee our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and recommendation engine
Business Intelligence: Drive business and marketing analytics, reporting, and dashboard solutions
Your impact
As a Product Owner - Data, you will drive the strategy and execution of our customer data initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
Define and maintain governance standards to ensure data integrity across systems and automate data flows.
Identify and implement use cases to enrich and monetize customer data, translating insights into actionable, value-driven initiatives.
Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for business intelligence, analytics, and reporting tools, aligning closely with business objectives and enhancing the user experience across dashboards.
Collaborate with business and product stakeholders to ensure the roadmap supports organizational goals and prioritizes high-impact initiatives.
You will focus on a defined set of key areas:
Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Manage the self-built CDP, working closely with data engineers to optimize data collection, integration, and storage.
Partner with CRM and marketing automation specialists to create use cases for retention, personalization, and upselling.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Recommendation Engine:
Oversee the recommendation engine, collaborating with Data Science and product teams to deliver personalized content and offers.
Continuously improve recommendation algorithms by analyzing user behavior and feedback.
Customer Data Domain:
Integrate customer data with marketing and service platforms.
Define and prioritize the backlog for storing customer data, including preferences and benefits.
Work with stakeholders to uphold data quality, security, and accuracy.
Business Intelligence & Reporting:
Build self-service BI tools and dashboards to empower stakeholders with easy access to insights.
Develop customizable, role-specific dashboards that meet varying detail needs.
Drive reporting automation to improve efficiency, reduce manual tasks, and enhance accuracy.

What skills will bring you to the top?
Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role (e.g., Data Analyst) in an agile environment, with strong analytical skills in customer data and analytics.
In-depth knowledge of customer data management and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Demonstrated experience in building and implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and recommendation engines to drive value, such as increased retention or upselling.
Skilled at facilitating data-driven decision-making and proactively identifying data needs to measure business and product performance within the OKR framework.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage a complex stakeholder landscape and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Martech ecosystems, with experience in Marketing Automation and CRM programs considered a plus.
