Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Sunweb, you are responsible for increasing the conversion of our digital platforms. Your mission: create captivating interfaces, drive incremental improvements, enhance the design team's quality, be curious about our customers’ behavior, and help users find their dream holidays.

You have a deep understanding of what drives conversion and are skilled in creating designs that not only look good but also perform exceptionally in terms of conversion metrics.

The role is situated within Team Conversion, consisting of all customer-facing Product Owners, other Product Designers, and CRO specialists. This position reports to the Head of Conversion.

Your impact

• Deliver exceptional interaction design with an understanding of visual and service design.

• Apply best design principles to create cohesive experiences for customers across websites and apps.

• Gain a deep understanding of our customers and tailor design solutions to their pain points, needs, and desires.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, data analysts, and other stakeholders, using the double diamond framework to guide your work.

What skills will bring you to the top? 

• You have at least 3 years of working experience in the field of Product Design. Figma holds no secrets for you. 

• You have experience in an e-commerce end-product environment in European markets.

• You are proficient in conducting user research, interviewing and continuous product discovery. 

• You are well-versed in accessibility standards and guidelines. 

• You have the analytical skills to get to the core of a problem. Curiosity drives you and don't settle for an 'okay' answer. 

• You are flexible and able to thrive in a changing environment.
