Job description

As a Partner Connectivity Manager you will play a crucial role in connecting our accommodation partners through a gateway connection, further automating our booking process and granting Sunweb Group direct access to hoteliers' inventory and prices. Your contribution is essential to streamline our booking process, ensure efficient access to partner resources, and maintain our competitive edge in pricing and inventory.


Your impact

  • You coordinate and execute the process of connecting accommodations to one of the channel managers. 
  • You manage contracts (with channel managers and agents) to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • You implement gateway connections to accommodation partners for all our brands, enabling automated booking processes and real-time access to inventory and pricing information.
  • You keep an overview of the connectivity option of our portfolio and align with the purchasing team to connect partners. 
  • You determine the connectivity roadmap in close alignment with Travelgate X. 
  • You develop and execute a strategic approach to preserve Sunweb Group's competitive pricing and inventory advantages while capitalizing on dynamic pricing and inventory from hotel partners.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product and Purchasing, to optimize the connectivity process and enhance the customer experience.
  • You stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to connectivity solutions.

Job requirements

What skills will bring you to the top?

  • Proven experience in connectivity management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical aspects related to connectivity, APIs, and data integration.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance commercial interests and technical requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to translate strategy in fast and proper execution.
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ownership, proactive attitude and customer centricity are important drivers.
