From families to couples, and from groups of friends to corporate trips — during the winter season, Sunweb works with multiple types of guides, each playing a key role in creating unforgettable holidays.
You are the ultimate host at our winter destinations, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests throughout the season.

During the winter season, we offer several guide roles, including:

• Sunweb Seasonal Guide

• Totally Seasonal Guide

• Weekly Guide

The exact role and responsibilities may differ slightly per position, destination, and period, but one thing is always the same: you are there to make our guests feel welcome, supported, and taken care of.

What will you do

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and make them feel at home from day one.

• Be the go-to person for information, recommendations, and support.

• Arrange and promote excursions, activities, and local experiences.

• Handle challenges and unexpected situations calmly and professionally.

• Support guests in stressful or irregular situations with empathy and care.

• Take care of day-to-day administration and destination management.

• Work closely with your fellow guides — your team will feel like family.

Being a Winter Guide is not a regular 9‑to‑5 job. It’s intense, exciting, and meaningful — an experience of a lifetime.

What skills will bring you to the top of the iceberg?

• You see holidays as a transformative experience and love sharing that passion.

• You are available in winter season (November to April).

• You speak English and preferably Dutch/ French, Dutch & French or Dutch & German

• You communicate easily and connect naturally with different types of guests.

• You are creative, energetic, and enjoy making every day memorable.

• You are solution-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments.

• You are flexible, culturally open, and available for guests day and night.

• You are organized and able to manage excursions, planning, and administration.
