As a Destination Service Specialist (Field Guide), you are the face of Sunweb at our summer destinations. From the moment guests arrive until they return home, you make sure they feel welcome, supported, and inspired.
You work both digitally and on-site, creating unforgettable holiday experiences with your proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and warm personality.

What you’ll do

• Be there for our guests — both online and at the destination.

• Handle questions and complaints with empathy, creativity, and full ownership.

• Promote and sell excursions, upgrades, and add-ons to enrich the holiday experience.

• Represent Sunweb with pride at accommodations, excursions, and local events.

• Work closely with our DMC and local partners to ensure smooth operations.

• Act in emergencies or irregular situations according to the Sunweb Emergency Protocol.

• Keep systems and administration up to date (Freshworks, SharePoint, Destination Tool).

• Depending on your destination, you will:

  • Welcome guests at the airport and coordinate transfers, or

  • Focus on guest contact in resorts and provide digital support.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in tourism or a service-oriented role.

• A strong guest-first mindset and excellent communication skills.

• Hands-on, flexible attitude (comfortable with irregular hours).

• Confidence in using digital tools and multitasking efficiently.

• Languages: fluent in English (Dutch, French, Swedish or Danish are a big plus).

• A valid driver’s license.

• Full availability during the entire summer season (including weekends).

• Eligibility to work in the destination country.
