Your impact

You will be responsible for the data analyses of our marketing activities of our biggest international brand Sunweb, with a focus on our Ski product.  

  • Provide data-driven insights by collecting and analyzing data from various digital marketing channels. You provide valuable insights into audience behavior, campaign effectiveness, and overall marketing performance.
  • Elevate our online marketing strategies and tactics through a data-centric approach. Your expertise in data analysis empowers the team to make informed decisions, optimize campaign performance, and drive measurable results.
  • Take ownership of analyzing the online customer journeys for our Ski brands. From initial contact to conversion, you capture a comprehensive understanding of consumer interactions with marketing touchpoints.
  • Assist in developing a robust KPI framework based on insights from data analysis. Your contributions ensure alignment between business objectives and performance measurement.
  • Create visually compelling reports and dashboards for communicating insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and relevance.
  • Provide valuable insights that help forecasting our marketing budgets, enabling proactive resource allocation and strategic investment decisions.
  • Share insights derived from data analysis with stakeholders across paid and owned channels. Additionally, collaborate with stakeholders from user experience (UX), content, business intelligence (BI), data science, finance, and senior management domains to drive alignment and inform decision-making.
  • Actively work to improve data literacy within the ecommerce team, empowering colleagues to leverage data effectively in their roles and decision-making processes.
  • Engage in cross-team projects to foster collaboration and synergy across departments, leveraging data insights to drive collective business objectives and initiatives.

What skills bring you to the top?

  • You have 5+ years of relevant working experience in a B2C environment.
  • You have excellent analytical skills and know exactly how to build and manage advanced dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • You are experienced with GA4 and hold an individual certification. Google Ads is a plus.
  • Getting insights out of Search Console is something that doesn't scare you. Experience with Similarweb is a plus.
  • Topics like Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, and ITP are known to you.
  • You know how to do data-driven storytelling and create the right data visualizations.
  • You know what a case statement is in SQL and experience in Google BigQuery, Supermetrics and Google Tag Manager is a big plus. Regex is something you worked with.
  • You have excellent Excel/Google sheet skills: merging different data sources with SuperMetrics is no problem for you.
