As the European leader in ski holidays, the company is experiencing strong growth in Europe and particularly within its French branch SDP, which manages and operates 13 hotels and tourist residences in the French Alps. (Val Thorens, Les Deux Alpes, Chatel, La Joue du Loup, Saint-Sorlin, Belle Plagne, Alpes d'Huez, Corbier and Risoul)

As an Hospitality Manager, what will you be doing:

    • You plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of the hospitality staff to ensure efficiency.
    • You supervise staff members and communicating the importance of customer satisfaction.
    • You check the quantity and quality of supplies and equipment on a daily basis, such as guest amenities.
    • You maintain a high standard of customer service according to company operating procedures.
    • You Attend to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.
    • You perform monthly evaluations of staff members according to performance and participation.
    • You prepare the monthly budget of the hospitality division and creating reports for senior management review.
    • You work with the human resources department to recruit and train new staff


Job requirements

What are we looking for:

  • You have hands-on experience in customer service or sales
  • You have a solid understanding of hospitality procedures and best practices
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, office administration, or relevant field.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and relevant software (e.g. ERP)
  • You have outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • You have problem-solving aptitude
  • You have excellent managerial skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and communicate with staff members.
  • You have excellent organizational skills.
  • You are fluent French and English speaking

Facts & figures:

  • Contract 39H/week till October 2022
  • Salary according to experience
