As our Head of Customer Facing Product, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our customer-facing digital products across web, app, and My Account. By combining customer insights, business priorities, market trends, and data-driven decision-making, you will shape the future of our digital customer journey and create measurable impact across the entire booking funnel.

Your impact
As Head of Customer Facing Product, you will be responsible for translating our commercial ambitions and customer needs into a clear product vision and scalable digital solutions. You will lead product strategy across multiple customer touchpoints, drive continuous optimization, and empower your team to deliver measurable business outcomes. Ultimately, you will be accountable for improving key customer experience, conversion, and commercial performance metrics across the digital booking journey.
Own and execute the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of our customer-facing digital product portfolio across web, app, and My Account.
Lead, coach, and develop an international team of Product Owners and UX professionals, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Align product initiatives with company strategy, commercial objectives, and customer needs.
Drive conversion rate optimization and customer journey improvements through data-driven product development.
Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing, hypothesis development, performance analysis, and implementation.
Partner closely with Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Commercial teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.
Identify opportunities and friction points across the customer journey and translate insights into impactful product enhancements.
Define and monitor product KPIs, evaluate business impact, and continuously optimize customer-facing experiences based on customer and commercial outcomes.
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer expectations to maintain a competitive digital product portfolio.

What you bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital Product Management, Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Digital Product Management within e-commerce, travel, marketplace, SaaS, or other customer-facing digital environments.
Proven experience owning and delivering product strategy, roadmaps, and digital product portfolios across multiple customer-facing platforms.
Experience working in an international, multi-market organization with diverse stakeholder groups.
Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing and developing Product Managers, Product Owners, and/or UX professionals within a digital product organization.
Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance through product optimization, conversion rate improvement, and customer journey enhancements.
Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development, and data-informed decision-making.
Strong analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to translate customer insights and performance data into strategic decisions while influencing senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
