As the head of Content, you achieve your targets by enabling the team to exceed themselves and proactively look for collaboration with other departments within the company. Taking the time to think and be up to date about your field of expertise is important to you. As a head of content, you will lead our multilingual and multi-brand editorial/content marketing team of 15-20 persons. Together you will produce and source compelling travel content to be distributed in the first place via our owned channels (website, blog, mail) and our social channels. We meet our consumers, partners, and employees, where they consume content on different platforms. To be successful in this role, you will need to think like a publisher, leading the development of content based on editorial insights and data from our e-commerce and tour operator teams.
The goal is to create and distribute high-quality content that contributes to our brand positioning, that is on-brand and relevant, SEO-proof, and platform-specific. It needs to engage our customers, partners, and employees and drive new as well as repeated business.

Our HQ is located in Zurich and we have offices in Rotterdam, Girona, Antwerp, Paris and Copenhagen. Our office is in Rotterdam, but we are currently working from home. When the situation allows we prefer to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
Strong collaboration is key to success. You will guide the content team while partnering up with the e-commerce and brand teams to support all marketing activities, from branding to inspiration, to sales and retention messages. You will also partner up with our data analytics teams to define metrics and KPIs in line with the overall business objectives.
