🍷 F&B Team Leader (M/F) – Lead, Inspire, and Serve in the French Alps

Be the driving force behind a memorable food & drink experience in the mountains.

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you are the heart of the restaurant, bar, and terrace operations. You coordinate service with precision, inspire your team, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from planning shifts to creating a welcoming atmosphere. You're our #servicecaptain, delivering high standards, keeping costs under control, and making sure our guests enjoy every bite and every moment.

👨‍🍳 Your Impact

  • Hire, train, motivate, and supervise your restaurant and bar team

  • Create team schedules and manage daily planning to ensure smooth operations

  • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and manage orders accordingly

  • Take ownership of budgets, track KPIs, and implement cost control strategies

  • Set product prices and configure the POS system (Lightspeed)

  • Collaborate with the chef to create and price attractive menus

  • Develop sales by organizing themed nights and special events

  • Ensure daily cash register operations and closings run smoothly

  • Handle guest feedback with a problem-solving and service-first mindset

  • Enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards across all outlets (Trackfood)

🚀 What Makes You Stand Out?

You’re an organized and energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality settings. You love creating an outstanding guest experience while managing operations with confidence.

You:

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in F&B service or restaurant management

  • Speak French or Dutch and English fluently

  • Have strong leadership and communication skills

  • Know how to set priorities and delegate tasks effectively

  • Are familiar with POS systems (Lightspeed) and cost control methods

  • Are hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about service quality

  • Enjoy creating a dynamic, motivated team spirit
