Digital Guide – Summer Support (Temporary | 2 Months)

To support our Digital Guide team during the busy summer season, we are looking for temporary Digital Guides to join us for 2 months, starting 15 June.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working digitally, supporting guests through online channels, and contributing to a smooth holiday experience during our peak period.

• 1× Danish, Swedish & English speaking

As a Digital Guide, you play a key role in supporting our guests throughout their holiday via digital channels. You ensure guests receive clear, timely and accurate information, using our digital tools, systems and content.

This is a temporary position, created specifically to support peak demand during the summer season.

Practical details

• Start date: 15 June

• Contract: Full-time, temporary (2 months)

• Working hours: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–20:00 (shifts)

• Location: Sunweb Group office – hybrid working

• Salary range: DKK 20.600 – 25.000 gross per month

Your impact

As part of our Holiday Services team, you contribute directly to the guest experience at Sunweb Group. You help ensure that every guest feels supported, informed and taken care of during their holiday.

In this role, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for guests via phone, chat, email

• Resolve questions and issues professionally and efficiently

• Recommend excursions and activities to enhance the guest experience

• Use digital tools and systems to provide smooth, consistent support

• Inspire guests with tailored suggestions to make their holiday unforgettable

What you bring

• Fluent in Danish & English
  (Swedish is required for one of the positions)

• Digitally confident – comfortable working with apps, and online platforms

• A problem-solving mindset – calm under pressure and solution-oriented

• Flexible availability, including shift work (Monday–Sunday)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Interest in travel and destinations, with the ability to turn knowledge into personalized recommendations
