Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a dynamic digital environment?
We’re looking for an enthusiastic
Digital Guide Danish & English speaking to strengthen our Holiday Services team at Sunweb Group.

Our mission is to create unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests; whether through in-person support at destinations or digitally via our online channels. As a Digital Guide, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel supported, inspired, and cared for throughout their journey.

Practical details

  • Start date: asap

  • Contract: Full-time, Annual contract

  • Working hours: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–20:00 (shifts)

  • Location: Sunweb Group office Copenhagen – hybrid working

  • Salary range: DKK 20.600 – 25.000 gross per month

Your impact

As part of our Holiday Services team, you’ll contribute directly to the guest experience at Sunweb Group. Our guides ensure that every traveler feels supported during their holiday, whether online or offline.

As a Digital Guide, you will:

  • Provide professional, timely assistance to client requests and complaints.

  • Offer personalized recommendations for excursions and activities, turning each interaction into an opportunity to add value to their holiday.

  • Utilize digital tools and platforms to deliver smooth and effective support.

  • Find creative solutions to meet guest needs and ensure service excellence.

  • Help optimize sales by inspiring travelers with tailored options and experiences.

What skills will bring you to the top?

  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills in the required languages in English and Danish. Any additional languages, such as Dutch, French, or Swedish are a big plus.

  • Tech-savvy mindset: Confident using digital tools and assisting guests with apps like WhatsApp, GPS, or third-party platforms.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve unexpected challenges calmly and effectively.

  • Flexibility & proactivity: Comfortable working irregular hours, anticipating challenges, and staying ahead of potential issues.

  • Organizational skills: Skilled at keeping track of guest reservations, itineraries, and contact details.

  • Destination knowledge: Familiar with both winter and summer destinations, including popular attractions, activities, dining, and local culture.

  • Working hours: Monday–Sunday, 08:00–20:00 (shifts) It is important to note that as a Digital Guide, you will have a rotating schedule that includes weekends and evenings. Flexibility in scheduling is a key requirement for this role.
