We are currently looking for Digital Guides who speak fluent Dutch, English and French/ Danish and are available to start: 15-2-2025.

Your impact

Within our team Destination Services we are responsible for the service on destination, and that is either offline with our guides on destination or online with Digital Guides. We are currently seeking experienced destination guides who are skilled in handling client requests, addressing complaints, providing effective solutions and sales & service. This role is part of our initiative to enhance our digital presence and establish closer relationships with our clients in the destination.

As a digital guide, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing your previous guide experience and proficiency in computer systems and relevant programs

  • Handle client requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner

  • Create innovative solutions to meet client needs

  • Sales and service optimization: Elevate the guest experience and boost sales by offering personalized recommendations for excursions and activities based on their interests. Every interaction is an opportunity to add value to their holiday and enhance their overall experience.

  • Utilize digital platforms to provide personalized guidance and support

The conditions described as above are based on a Dutch Sunweb Group employment. Different rules will apply per contract, depending on the country you live in (Belgium, France, Denmark, Sweden or Spain).


What skills will bring you to the top?

  • Communication skills: excellent communication skills to align with both our teams and local partners. Fluent in Dutch, French, Danish (and English), verbal and written.

  • Tech savvy: being able to help guests through the phone is also to help them with GPS, WhatsApp & third party apps that might be useful to solve the issues they might have.

  • Problem-solving skills: being able to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges that guests may encounter.

  • Flexible and proactive: You are willing to work irregular hours and enjoy variety in your work. You have a proactive attitude and anticipate on challenges before they arise.

  • Organizational skills: keeping track of guest reservations, itineraries, and contact information.

  • In-Destination knowledge: in-depth knowledge of the winter and summer destination, including popular attractions, activities, dining options, and local culture.
