Job description

Within our team Destination Services we are responsible for the service on destination, and that is either offline with our guides on destination or online with Digital Guides. We are currently seeking experienced digital guides who are skilled in handling client requests, addressing complaints, and providing effective solutions. This role is part of our initiative to enhance our digital presence and establish closer relationships with our clients in the destination.

We are currently looking for digital guides with following language profiles:

Dutch & French (fluent in both)



Note: We do not need anymore applicants that speaks Dutch as the only language. It needs to be a combination of Dutch & French.

As a digital guide, you will be responsible for utilizing your previous guide experience and proficiency in computer systems and relevant programs.

  • Handle client requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Create innovative solutions to meet client needs
  • Utilize digital platforms to provide personalized guidance and support

Job requirements

Destination knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of the winter and summer destination, including popular attractions, activities, dining options, and local culture.
  • Awareness of seasonal changes and events in the area.
  • If not knowing the above then ready to learn and study these as pure interest.

Communication skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multilingual proficiency may be beneficial for serving more guests at our destinations
  • Being able to help guests through the phone is also to help them with GPS, WhatsApp & third party apps that might be useful to solve the issues they might have

Navigation skills

  • Proficiency in using GPS and mapping tools to help guests find their way around the destination.
  • Knowledge of transportation options and schedules

Problem-Solving skills

  • Being able to think on your feet and find solutions to unexpected challenges that guests may encounter

Organizational skills

  • Keeping track of guest reservations, itineraries, and contact information.

Microsoft skills

  • Knowing how to navigate and use the Microsoft package. Here it is especially important that a good use of Excel is something you posses.

For this position you need a stable internet connection and a silent and steady office environment. This could be a home office, agents office or something similar.
