You make guests feel welcome, supported, and inspired from the moment they arrive until the moment they fly home.

You work both digitally and on-site to ensure a smooth and unforgettable holiday experience. With your proactive mindset, problem‑solving skills, and warm personality, you create smiles every day.

What you’ll do

• Be there for our guests — online and on destination.

• Handle questions and complaints with empathy, creativity, and ownership.

• Promote and sell excursions, upgrades, and add-ons that make holidays even better.

• Represent Sunweb with pride at accommodations, excursions, and local events.

• Work closely with our DMC and other partners to make sure everything runs smoothly.

• Support in emergencies or irregular situations following the Sunweb Emergency Protocol.

• Keep your tools and admin up to date — you know your way around Freshworks, SharePoint, and our Destination Tool.

  Depending on your destination, you might:
  Welcome guests at the airport and coordinate transfers, or
  Focus on guest contact in resorts and digital support.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in tourism or a similar service-oriented role.

• A strong guest-first mindset and excellent communication skills.

• A hands-on, flexible attitude — you don’t mind irregular hours.

• Confidence using digital tools and multitasking efficiently.

• Languages:

  • 1× Dutch, French & English

  • 1× Dutch & English

• A valid driver’s license.

• Full availability during the entire season, including weekends.

• Eligibility to work in the destination country.
