What you'll be doing

As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for happy customers throughout the full customer journey, which means:

  • You will assist customers to choose their perfect holiday, and help them make a booking.
  • You will answer questions about reservations and our products.
  • You will solve problems creatively when necessary and make sure our customers have a smooth 'journey' towards their holiday.
  • You will assist in resolving complaints and turn customers into satisfied repeaters.

We assist our customers by telephone, email, and through social media. Of course, you are responsible for excellent results regarding customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency. Administrative tasks are also a part of the job. In all of this, you are part of the international Customer Services team and processes and you will take care of our Danish and Swedish customers as a representative of Sunweb.

What we are looking for?

  • Like our Customer Care team, you are passionate about excellent customer service and travel .
  • We value an independent and responsible way of working.
  • You can start as soon as possible.
  • You are available to work fulltime.
  • You have good writing and speaking skills in Danish and preferably in English and Swedish as well. 
  • To end off, it is a plus if you have an educational and/or working experience in the tourism industry.
