What you'll be doing
As a Customer Care Specialist, you are responsible for happy customers throughout the full customer journey, which means:
We assist our customers by telephone, email, and through social media. Of course, you are responsible for excellent results regarding customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency. Administrative tasks are also a part of the job. In all of this, you are part of the international Customer Services team and processes and you will take care of our Danish customers as a representative of Sunweb.
What we are looking for
Our Customer Care team is passionate about excellent customer service and travel. We value an independent and responsible way of working. You have good writing and speaking skills in Danish and preferably in English and Swedish as well. To end off, it is a plus if you have an educational and/or working experience in the tourism industry.
