Every day I am busy with the most beautiful holiday locations in the Mediterranean, where 'couleur locale', atmosphere and small scale are central. Would you like to come and help?

For the launch of Eliza was here in the UK market, we are looking for a fulltime native English speaking Customer Care Specialist, working from our office in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

The impact you will make:

All contact with the holiday makers of Eliza was here takes place in this department. In the role of Customer Care Specialist you will take care of happy guests (for the newly opened UK market). Think of advising on the most suitable destinations and holiday locations, booking the trips, solving calamities during the holiday and the most importantly; providing the ultimate service before, during and after the holiday. You will use all your creativity and try to work as efficiently as possible. Our guests deserve the best service and can rely on your expertise in the field of travel.

Some of the tasks include:

  • Giving appropriate travel advice;
  • Adequate handling and processing of both questions and bookings by telephone, e-mail, chat and emergency telephone;
  • Preparing and sending quotations;
  • Booking, monitoring and checking the booked holidays;
  • Handling questions via social media;
  • Complaint handling;
  • Commercial and administrative tasks.

The Eliza was here Customer Care team currently consists of about 20 colleagues, from junior to senior. The atmosphere in our department is dynamic and informal. We are driven to help our Eliza was here guests and we do this by working together as a team.

Facts & Figures:

  • Starting date: to be determined together
  • Full-time employment (30-40 hours per week)
  • Location: Rotterdam office (Dutch contract)
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday between 09.00 and 18.00, according to a varying schedule.
  • Contract: we start the collaboration with a temporary contract for 7 months. With a good match from both sides, we are happy to extend your contract

  • B2 level communication skills, both in speaking and writing in Dutch;

  • For this vacancy a monthly salary is between €2.200,- and €2.700,- gross. This is excluding holiday allowance (8%) and travel allowance. Depending on your experience and expertise we will jointly determine your Relative Salary Position (RSP) and growth potential within the range.
