CRO Specialist

As a CRO Specialist you will have a key role in our journey to become the Digital Holiday Expert. Improving conversion is our current focus, and we need your expertise to take our CRO activities to the next level.

Your impact

• Improve the conversion rates for bookings, ancillaries and leads
• Create a CRO strategy & roadmap
• Test new features for the website that improve our conversion rate
• Improve our landing pages to get a higher CTR and conversion rate
• Create hypothesis using different data sources and set up A/B tests
• Inspire, train and support other colleagues regarding CRO

What skills will bring you to the top?

• You have an educational background in Marketing or related field
• You have a min. of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• You have extensive knowledge on A/B testing and relevant tools
• You are a self-starter and possess a high level of analytical thinking
