Job description
As a Connectivity Specialist, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, performance, and scalability of our connectivity platform. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations, including creating and managing contracts, monitoring connectivity performance, and resolving booking- and integration-related issues.
You take ownership of identifying root causes and drive structural improvements rather than temporary fixes. In addition, you actively contribute to optimizing our connectivity landscape by improving efficiency, usability, and speed to market.
By maintaining reliable supplier connections and ensuring accurate product performance across all systems, you enable smoother onboarding, faster mapping processes, and a more scalable way of working.
This role combines both operational execution and technical understanding, where you act as the bridge between Tech, Operations, and Commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for accommodation connectivity and supplier integration topics.
Support onboarding of new accommodation suppliers. Creating contracts including mapping, configuration, validation, and connectivity setup.
Perform testing and quality checks on rates, availability, content, and booking flows.
Take ownership of all connectivity and booking-related errors.
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and determine whether action is required (drive structural fixes instead of ad-hoc solutions).
Prioritize and follow up on errors with Tech, Operations, and suppliers.
Monitor data flows (rates, availability, bookings) to ensure accuracy and stability.
Help standardize and simplify mapping and onboarding processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
Drive enhancements to make the platform more user-friendly and scalable.
Contribute to reducing time-to-market for new suppliers and destinations.
Work with Tech to define and prioritize improvements based on business impact
Align with suppliers on technical topics and connectivity performance.
What you bring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Affinity with API-driven systems and technical/operational workflows
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
Experience within OTA, bedbank, channel manager, or hotel connectivity environments
Knowledge of connectivity protocols and data integrations (e.g. XML, JSON, APIs)
Experience in accommodation connectivity, hotel distribution, or travel tech integrations is a strong plus
Solid understanding of accommodation data flows, including rates, availability, bookings, mappings, and stop sales is preferred
