Allround Staff in the French Alps

The main assigment will be cleaning and maintaining our accommodations in one of our resorts. But it is a very versatile function and some of the tasks might be:

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accommodation and communal areas
• Helping with the baggagerie
• Assisting with food and beverage service if required
• Providing support to other departments as necessary to meet guest needs
• Upholding excellent customer service standards and assist guests with inquiries
• Contributeing to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests

• You are available from December 2023 until April 2024
• You speak English fluently and have preferrably a good level of French and Dutch
• You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• You are handy and know how to fix (small) things in the guest rooms
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to different tasks
• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is a plus
• Passion for the mountains and a love for the outdoors
• Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
